A discussion about tea
Miranda has invited Irena and John to come and drink tea with her tomorrow morning. Irena is a botanist and works at a local botanic gardens. Miranda wonders how much Irena, as a botanist, knows about tea. 'It would be really interesting to offer some different types of tea and talk about this ingredient we all take for granted!', thinks Miranda. Miranda needs to do some research so that she can be more informed about the origins of tea, the types of tea available and how best to make it.

Information on tea types: The following information taken from Wikipedia Tea page. Types of tea vary, depending on how it has been processed. Three predominant types are black, green and oolong. There are also white and other types too. The difference is caused by the level of oxidation that is allowed to happen to the tea once it is picked. Green tea is only minimally oxidised, while black tea is completely oxidised. Oolong tea is somewhere in the middle. This process of oxidation is also known as 'fermentation' of the tea.
