Learning Outcomes: By the end of this lesson, learners should be able to; Tell the difference between living and non- living things.
Introduction Teacher introduces the lesson and shows one example of living and non- living things and tells the difference between a living thing and a non-living thing.
Teacher activities: Divide the children into two groups Teacher shares the Marovo encyclopedia to the children and tell them to identify some of the pictures of living and non-living things in the book.	Learner activities: Children go into groups of two. Children name the things they saw and draw pictures of them
Conclusion: In their groups they told the class how many living and non-living things they have identify and showed it to the class.
Learner evaluation: Children did enjoyed the lesson.
