Reflection

Brainstorm and define what constitutes ‘conflict’ and ‘anger’.

Think about what makes you angry – your triggers, things that irritate you.

Think about your behaviour/reaction to your triggers. This reflection acts as a stimulus that would assist you in understanding this Unit. The answers to these questions form the foundation upon which the Unit is structured. Therefore, it is of vital importance that you take the time to answer these questions honestly and write your answers down, no matter how long the list.
