Welcome to the OE Global instance of Open education, copyright and open licensing in a digital world (LiDA103) micro-course which was adapted from the OERu's Learning in a Digital Age series.

In this learning pathway we will help you to register the website accounts you will need to set up your personal learning environment. These resources are intended for participants not familiar with this learning environment and we recommend that you complete this learning pathway before you commence your studies with us.

There are no pre-requisites to participate in this micro-course.

Successful participation in this micro-course requires the ability to:

• Post and reply to discussions on connect.oeglobal.org
• Post annotations using Hypothes.is
• Share resource links on bookmarks.oeru.org
• Maintain a personal course blog (optional for participants who want to blog their learning journey)

Objectives

On successful completion of this orientation pathway you will be able to use the OER Foundation's component-based, online delivery platform to support your learning. In this learning pathway you will:

• Create the relevant website accounts you need to engage in the learning experience.
• Test drive the technologies by completing short activities using these tools.
