Quality assurance in practice | Introduction | Applying stakeholder strategies and policies | Summary |
This topic is about enacting the processes used in quality assurance. This relies on you developing a deeper understanding of how to action what your organisation requires for compliance (policies and procedures and strategic frameworks), and the processes used in the organisation to monitor quality (Continuous Improvement Model). Emilia and Brett describe how they apply organisational strategies to their programmes. You may wish to refer back to Module Three where quality assurance and the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycle was introduced.
