Who are the learners/users/target audience?

Existing students who have been recommended by their lecturers for Peer Tutoring

What do we need to find out from them?

  • Are they set up for studying on-line?
  • Are they prepared to commit time out of their studies to train as peer tutor(approx 50 hours).

Who should be questioned as a representative group of the learners?

Second and Third Year students

How will information be gathered and dealt with? email and f2f

What resources are available eg access to technology?

Home or Polytechnic computers

How will learning materials be distributed? Blog

How is what we know about our learners/users (from above questions) going to impact our decisions?
