I do not have concern about the quality of educational resources developed using an open authoring approach. When more people involve in a editing a single content it should definitely get better and better. And one important point i would make is it will be better if we include more more and pages in a single topic instead of having a single page on a a topic and do the editing in that page itself all the time. And people will be eager to edit it if any updates in the topic. So the content will get updated and definitely it could be used for development of learning resources.
