Your output for this learning challenge should be a blog post of approximately 500 - 600 words where you use your reflection from the previous section to answer the following questions:

  • Why do you think performance reviews are stressful for both manager and employee?
  • As an employee, what should/do you look for in a performance review?
  • As a manager, what should/do you try to communicate to your employee in a performance review?

Make sure you justify all of your responses above drawing on needs-based and processed-based theories of motivation.
