A project is defined by Watt (2014:9), as temporary in nature with definitive start and end dates. It is this end process that this learning pathway concentrates on.

In order for the project to be wound up correctly, it is the responsibility of the project manager to ensure all deliverables have been achieved and contracted responsibilities discharged.
