Dear IPM103 participant

Welcome to this micro-course in the Introduction to Project Management series.

Planning a project (IPM103) is hosted at the OERu. The OERu envisions a world where all learners will have more affordable access to higher education. The OERu is a charitable collaboration of international institutions committed to widening access to more affordable education opportunities for all. For more information about the OERu, please view our promotional video on Youtube.

At the heart of any successful project is a well-considered plan. In this micro-course you'll develop an understanding of budgets, resource allocation, quality, and risk in order to produce a document that outlines the project’s pathway to success.

Consult the syllabus page for suggested dates to schedule your studies.
