Quality Control

Alongside time and cost, the quality of any project's outputs are the key measures of whether the project has been delivered successfully.

It is also one of the key measures that you as the project manager will be answerable for.

Having a clear understanding of what level of quality is expected and how you will monitor and control quality are essential parts of a project plan.
