Combine the outputs of the stakeholder analysis, project objectives and scope statement to write a project charter for an identified project.

Scope

Major milestones

Preliminary cost for the project

Stakeholders

  • All the sections required are present; there is some linkage between the elements but significant gaps exist.
  • The project will require significant additional guidance to align with its objectives and scope.
