Objectives

In order to know if a project has been successful or not, it is important to have clearly defined objectives. Clear objectives will mean less ambiguity around whether or not a project has succeeded. Ambiguity can lead to conflict, unsatisfactory deliverables, time and cost overruns, and even legal action. Time spent refining objectives is a sound investment.
