- List the team members and corresponding skill sets you would like to recruit for this volunteer group.
- Summarise the top four strategies you will adopt to build and lead an effective team (about 300 - 400 words).
- Explain how the OERu organisational culture and project context informed the strategies you adopted for leading an effective team (about 150 - 200 words.)
