Summary:

This Difficult workplace conversation learning challenge requires you to consider a scenario involving a difficult conversation between a manager and an employee. You will view two videos presenting alternative versions of the scenario, and be prompted to reflect on how the participants' intrapersonal and interpersonal communications impact on the situation and their on-going relationship in the workplace.
