IT207- Training

This unit requires students to create computer-based/web-based tutorials.
It will provide students with an understanding of the principles of adult learning and will give them the opportunity to apply these principles to their training sessions.

Objectives

At the end the of course you should be able to:
1. Create a Computer Based Training package.
2. Explain the principles of adult training and incorporate these principles into your computer based training package.
