In the below lecture, Professor Ruth Wedgwood introduces a number of human rights bodies at the UN and reflects on the politics associated with them. Professor Wedgwood is a Professor of International Law and Diplomacy at John Hopkins University, and has previously been a US delegate to the UN Human Rights Committee (2003-2011).
