My work experience as Multimedia/Training Material Specialist include the following output areas:

Interactive multimedia training material design and production

Converted ICARDA traditional slide-tape modules to interactive computer-based self-study materials.

Converting some of ICARDA classroom-based courses into online learning for distance/blended learning experience.

Sample

	This CD-ROM based interactive training material "Seed Cleaning" was authored in Macromedia Director/Shockwave. It includes video, audio narration, text, and graphics. It's design was based on Intructional System Design (ISD): ADDIE with sound pedagogical principles. Each section ends with review questions and quizzes.

Electronic publishing and website design and maintenance

Designing and maintaining ICARDA website

Audio and video production

Experienced and competent in the use of top professional digital video DVCAM camera and Final Cut Pro editing system, audio and photography equipment.

Photography and graphic design

Developed a digital archiving system for ICARDA images with more than 30,000 photo accessions searchable by keywords and description information. The database was created and manage in Smart Pix Manager/Smart Image Server. These images are accessible to all researcher and other staff members on the corporate intranet.
