PC 2.2 - Different Styles of Learning
Activity
Identifying different ways in which people learn
Task 1
Remember when you identified your style of learning. Now we will look at the link between the interpretation a guide delivers and why the techniques used should (but don't always) take into account the learning styles of their guests.
Write a paragraph describing these different styles of learning:
- visual
- auditory
- kinaesthetic
- emotional
Then try to identify techniques you could use (in your interpretation) to help your particular group of guests learn.
Task 2
Can you name two instances where it would be impossible for a guide to carry out this process.
Task 3
- Complete the "learning style forms"
- Complete the "client questionnaire"
