Broadly, the aim is to have all the major repositories enhanced with some form of mobile access.
Directly via mechanisms similar to MobilED, which is now a generic and extensible framework for multimedia exchange, and perhaps indirectly via mobile services for educators and learners (e.g. along these lines).
