TITLE: Meyer Slein a 12 year old newsie who has been on streets until late night and with bad associates. Kept irregular hours. Stole from large retail stores. Often stayed away from home all night. Two of his brothers are in the Industrial School (Reform School). Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
