FLOSS4Edu Open Educational Resources Workshop

To bring together a selected number of educational practitioners from across the East African region to discuss the role of Free and Open Educational Resources in the East African Education.
To identify innovative and creative ways of partnerships to build Open Educational Resources as a direct input in the provision of life long learning and alternative education for all
To launch the first East African Free and Open Content Development group to spearhead the development of Free and Open Educational Resources using Wiki Technologies
To demonstrate and highlight several content production and dissemination technologies that can be used in the development of Free and Open Educational Resources

A critical mass of Free and Open Educational Content developers in the East African Region willing to contribute on WikiEducator and FLOSS4Edu project
