Aim: Understand the concepts of tourism demand including motivational theories, the importance of quality to the one industry concept and be able to describe the characteristics of accommodation

Lecture Delivery Plan:

1.Overview of lesson to cover theoritical approach to motivation- why study motivation - so can segment market and info on customers and needs can be used by tourism organisations to direct their efforts to satisfy market segments.Understanding visitor motivations can assist operators to improve their business and business practices.
