EDT4OL/Storyboard/Overview

The overall purpose of this learning pathway is to publish a storyboard for a sub-section of an online course website.

Given the time constraints of this short micro-course, you would not be able to publish a complete course website. In this section, you will focus on the learning pathway you identified when preparing your acceptance portfolio. However, if you are working as a team, you may want to work together in building a collective storyboard for a course website where you outline individual learning pathways showing where they will fit in the sequence of a course.

Objectives

In this section, you will:

1. Learn about storyboarding as an approach for providing a high level visualisation for the design of an online learning sequence
2. Select a technology for publishing your storyboard online
3. Identify the core elements for a learning pathway, including the learning outcome(s), online learning activities, assessments and resources
4. Publish a blog post linking to your storyboard and including a self-assessment and reflection on this learning challenge for your course portfolio .
