I am interested in undertaking activities and programmes related to School Guidance and Vocational Counselling. I have conducted training programmes to DTERT and CTE staff on the Action Research. I have developed a training package on Action Research Methodology to the IASE, CTE and SCERT staff. I have conducted a workshop on Grading in Schools for the teacher educators.
