Discourse on homelessness

homelessness .....

what could theoretically solve the problem?

perhaps... if every homeless person would be give a home, and land and property taxes were paid.. and upkeep was paid, they would not be homeless...

but who has land they just want to GIVE away? or who has materials and is willing to labor to build a house that they would just then GIVE away?

habitat for humanity perhaps...
