At Feijoaroa School a student knowingly, during wet lunch time, when no adult was present, Googled an inappropriate word. This normally would not have happened, however the web filtering was down and so there was no filtering in place at that moment. While the student was viewing the image a duty teacher walked in to the classroom to see the images on display. The duty teacher, who happened to be a reliever, sought help from another teacher to find out what the procedures were.
