The West Africa Developer Roadshow was hosted at the Southern Campus of the University of Education, Winneba.

The speeches and daily addresses were held at the 100 seater fully air-conditioned auditorium located within the main administration block.

The track sessions where held at the Linux and ICT computer labs, each approximately 50 meters from the main auditorium.

The Linux Lab of the university which was co-sponsored by GTZ, a German NGO, had 30 computers and was home to the the Kewl and School Management tracks.

Located on the third floor of the main library block was the ICT Computer Lab. Fitted with a 100 modern computers all connected to the world wide web, it was home to the rest of the tracks.

The labs provided the right setting for interactions among participants culminating in the success of the various tracks.

Breakfast and dinner were served at the roof top of the SRC building. Located within walking distance from the Labs, it provided the ideal environment for refreshment and greater interaction among participants.
