Objectives

The purpose of this session is to view scenario planning from the perspective of an educational manager and decision-maker. During this session, you will: Identify and prioritise the most important decisions that would be required given your reading of a published scenario. Identify the requirements for scenarios of the future to support today's decisions Propose an action plan for developing your own scenario based on desktop research of the scenario planning process.
