Students to be given the task of researching and then presenting an Icebreaker activity - scheduled to take place during the rest of the course. (5)
Group Contract (relate to importance of doing this with a Tour Group) (15)
Run through course - assessments, role plays (10)
Key message - we will be covering basic interpersonal skills that are very transferable - it does not matter where you end up or what you end up doing - these skills will stand you in good stead.
