Day 10 November 23rd
Today's session was facilitated by Carlton Watson and we began promptly at 9am. VUSSC Western Samoa Boot Camp 4 is slowly coming to end as we saw all groups finalising their units today. People were either polishing up their units with appropriate summaries, learning activities and assignments OR providing peer review on other groups' units. Our aim is to have all units transferred on to the COL Template by Monday. It will be exciting to see what the first draft of our work will look like - a compilation of work from knowledgeable people in disaster management and education from all over the world.
We also had to say goodbye to Joshua Mallet and Carlton Watson today. The group farewelled them both with a little ceremony this afternoon, making sure they both had enough Samoan souvenirs to remind them of Samoa for the rest of their lives!!
