Data sores, input and output

Data may be input from the keyboard or from other sources. Where it involves large volumes of data contained in a file, the data may be made available to the computer by fecthing it fromk the backing store which may be a hard disk, a flash drive, a digital audio tape (DAT) or other means of storage.

Data or information may be transferred to these types of storage described above or other mass storage media.
