Aim of session: to identify what makes a good conference and event destination

1. SWOT analysis - In groups summarise one SWOT onto large sheets of paper,present in class for each destination

2. Leadership qualities, styles and assertiveness

3. Kingfisher - case study (group work) give group one question or homework (word processed), show video from you tube
