I motion that a workgroup be established to draft guidelines for ancillary web services in time for the next WikiEducator Community Council Meeting. These guidelines are required in support of suggestions made on embedding 3rd party media. There are implications for the privacy policy (see its discussion page and deliberations of this meeting). A workgroup should be established to draft these guidelines. - Kim Tucker 22:43, 13 May 2010 (UTC)
