Opening the Application
- Move the mouse pointer on the start button
- Click on the start button
- Move the mouse pointer to programmes
- Select Microsoft Word

Creating Tables
- You move pointer to table option on the menu bar
- Click on table option
- Move the pointer to insert
- Click on table option
Dialog box appears
- Select number of columns
- Click OK button
Formatting
- You move the mouse pointer to the formatting tool bar
- Choose font text style
- Bold e.t.c.
Font Size
- Move the pointer on the Standard tool bar
- Choose font size Icon
- Select the size you want
Saving the application
- On the menu bar select file option
- Click on save as
- Give it a name
- Click on save or OK option
Exiting
- Hold Alt button and press F4 button on a Keyboard
