Category:Deletion requested

We have a deletion template that has not been in use very much. I propose a trial deletion system:

• I added a deletion requested category to the template.
• Users may mark a page for deletion by adding this text: {{delete}} and the pages will be automatically listed here.
• Administrators can then make a determination regarding the deletion request.

I suggest criteria for deletion:

1. Single-author pages requested by the author.
2. Multi-author pages where all authors agree, or where the content is largely blank.
3. User pages marked for deletion by the facilitators involved in creating them.
