CANAL ALLIANCE'S SUMMER PROGRAM
Begins on 7/6 to 7/30. For students in 6th-12th Grade.
- Middle school - "Me" public service announcement (PSA)
- High school - introduction to high school, guidebook, college requirements, tours of local college campuses

- Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and current Justice Stephen Breyer have teamed up to create an online interactive digital game, "Our Courts" (ourcourts.org), as a way to get young people, 7th to 9th Graders in particular, involved in civics in a way that's interesting to them. Their hope is that kids will see how government affects their lives and how they can affect government.
- U.S. Army uses a computer game, called America's Army, to help recruit; it's a free download off their website.
