CELLS

A cell is the basic structural and funtional unit of an organism. It is capable of undergoing all the life processes such as growth, reproduction,nutrition etc. Organisms made up of only one cell are called Unicellular organims.Examples are Amoeba, paramecium, Euglena etc.However, organisms made up of more than two cells are called Multicellular organisms'.Examples are Plant,Fungi, Animals etc.
