Assessment
Whether you are experienced in designing and facilitating vocational courses or brand new to it there is no better way of learning or improving a skill than practicing it. This part of the course is all about doing and learning as we do, so you will need a project to work on.

If you are currently working on a new course or are reviewing and redeveloping a course that could be the perfect project to work on. As this is the fifth course in the series, you are probably already working on a project and will have completed the Outcomes, Assessment, Resources and Activities section in your OARAS document.

The first step is to identify a project relevant to your work. For many of you this will be your Skills in Demand project.

Next you will complete the Support section in your OARAS.

Then you will create a Learning Support Plan and continue to improve your practice.
