Use the knowledge that you have acquired from the resources section by preparing the Learning support plan to decide how you will embed support strategies in your training.

Now is a good time to revisit the examples of OARAS in the Review Examples section of this course.

For those who are training in the workplace you can make sure that you are providing one on one support. For those who are creating online training you might like to make sure that there is a communication forum for trainer feedback and peer support.

Use this information to complete the support column in the OARAS project that you are working on.
