Flash cards should be used to provide short and sharp pieces of information.
They have information on one side and the corresponding explanation on the other.
Adding pictures to your cards helps with cognitive learning as our brains relate images far quicker than text.
Use them to test the learners understanding of things such as industry terms or identifying tools and their uses. You could have a picture of a screwdriver on one side and on the other what it is used for when repairing a computer.
