Demonstration videos are valuable resources when we are trying to show a learner how to complete a task in the workplace.

Benefits of creating demonstration videos include:

• you can create the videos in the workplace that your learner is familiar with
• you can demonstrate the task using the tools that your learner is familiar with
• you, the trainer, can be present in these videos
• the learner can watch the demonstration multiple times and pause the video at intervals as they learn the task.

This video was created by the team at Luanshya Technical and Business College (LTBC) to demonstrate how to use a ripping machine. It is a great example of a short and to the point video that clearly explains and demonstrates the task.
