Development team

The Commonwealth of Learning is grateful to the four course developers - Ms Vasi Doncheva, Mr Chad Flinn, and Ms Shauna Farey and Ms Liz Grigg from Pop Education and support from TLC Education Design. The Commonwealth of Learning is also grateful to the three initial Skills in Demand project teams from Kenya Technical Trainers College, Luanshya Technical Business College and Yaba College of Technology. You have worked together to take the ideas within the model's theory of change and turn them into reality. Your commitment to learners, enthusiasm for learning yourselves, willingness to take risks and generosity in sharing knowledge have been crucial to the projects' success. It has laid the groundwork for others to study these courses and transform more lives across the Commonwealth.
