CTVSD2/OARAS/Overview
From WikiEducator
The first step in designing the assessments for your course or module is to complete the assessment section in the OARAS template. If you have completed OARAS-Outcomes (CTVSD1) course you can continue to work on the module you have picked up and worked on it that course. If you are starting with this course you can pick a module or course to work on but you need to be sure you have a very good understanding of the module outcomes and you are able to analyse and interpret them, and if needed develop clear performance criteria to guide your assessment design. If you need to you can alway refer to OARAS-Outcomes (CTVSD1) for help.
Completing your learning project will get you to:
- think about and explore what is working well and what the possible challenges are with the main types of assessments you need to design
- identify who do you need to involve to work with your and what is their role and contribution
- review some examples and get an idea of what needs to be included in the assessment section of OARAS
- draft the section for your course and get some feedback from colleagues, other course participants or a facilitator if the course is facilitated.
