Opening and closing CALC

The program that you will be using to create and work with spreadsheets is located on the hard drive of your computer. But you must first open it in order to use it.

Now do it

Open CALC

• Click on Start Applications
• Click Office
• Click Spreadsheets
• Click OpenOffice.org Calc. This will load Calc.

Close CALC

• Click on File, then click Exit

OR

• Click on the Exit icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
