Distribution Coordinator

in charge of making sure computers find a home and also that volunteers that earn a computer get one.

Inventory manager

a person who knows how many of what is where at all times. Will work with a an app developer in order to help create or exploit inventory management software. Bob has provided input as to what this system should include.

Videographer

This might overlap with the contact that Danny has depending on their commitment. Essentially a group of volunteers always working on another video to showcase what we do at C4C. Think of a monthly video. This could include random interviews, visiting sites etc etc.

Photographer

Think of this as a kind of yearbook journalist approach to capturing all things C4C.

Bloggers

This might already be hammered out but we should put together a list of C4C volunteers that have a blog. For the C4C blog I would like someone designated to ensure we have one post a week. Other contributors like yourself, myself and Danny would also contribute. This person would also be responsible for finding a guest blogger to contribute on a subject of interest to C4C mandate once a month or weekly This way we can ensure a steady stream of content through our blog.

Previous blogging experience and their own blog is a must. I would even say they need 100 followers and have been blogging for at least 1 years consistently each month.

Event Coordinator

Responsible for getting volunteers to participate in things like the eco fair. They must find opportunities take care of registration, payment, logistics, scheduling etc etc.

Training Coordinator

Responsible for tracking and encouraging volunteers through our training process. They would become the keeper of any training materials and manuals we produce. They should be a real people person with a background in training and education. Also they should idealy become a board member at some point so think high calibre.

Drupal Developer

someone with the following skills sets mysql drupal (including modules, and themes) php a must.

FLOSS apps specialist

This person would be responsible for evaluating and recommending what software we distribute, what applications we use and follow the FOSS ecosystem. This person would advise the board of directors.
