Concentration
Before we define what Concentration is lets answer these three questions.
*Would you like to improve your ability to concentrate while reading, studying, and taking note in class?
*Do you have trouble fighting distractions?
*Are you ready to take control?
To Concentrate means to pay attention by focusing your thinking on what you are doing. Whether listening to lecture, writing a paper or report, participating in a group discussion, or studying for an exam, you must be able to concentrate on the task at hand. even when surfing the web, you need to stay in control, avoid letting interesting links distract you, and remain focused on finding the information you want.
