When trying to identify or describe a climate change-related project, we need a project title, project sector, climate focus and the relevant project stage.
The project title should provide funders with a basic understanding of what you are trying to achieve with the project.
The project title must include the core activity and geographical location, and it must identify the technology or methodology involved.
Mitigation sectors to choose from include energy, transport, industry and waste.
Adaptation sectors include agriculture, forestry, other land waste, water, health, biodiversity and ecosystems, disaster reduction and human settlements.
Climate focus means whether it will be a mitigation, and adaptation or both.
