Questionnaire module.

The questionnaire module is very powerful and flexible, but is much more complicated than the choice and feedback modules as a results of this.

Feedback module

The feedback module is like the survey module but simpler and easier to use. It doesn't support things like templates so is therefore more limited, but easier to get the hang of initially.

Choice module

A choice activity is very simple – the teacher asks a question and specifies a choice of multiple responses. It can be useful as a quick poll to stimulate thinking about a topic; to allow the class to vote on a direction for the course; or to gather research consent.
