Activities you can complete in order to reinforce the learning you are doing in class. If you are unsure of what you should be doing, have a look at these strategies for reinforcing learning.

Theory, all students need to complete their theory worksheets to hand in today.

Theory and music reading.  Make sure you can read the scores you have been given.  You can also work on your instrumentation - see me for access to the computer room.

L3

Work through the theory worksheets.  Homework on Lilburn and Vaughan Williams and work on your first Arrangement.  If you need access to the computer room see me.

==L3==Completing Cancer & the DOH activity in their workbooks. Students can start of Task 1 and Task 2 of their assessments. Info about these is in their Health workbooks.

Outdoor Ed

Investigate personal gear and group gear needed for an overnight tramp. Describe the important features of each bit of gear. Some students can work on their RAMS forms.

L3

Practice tying knots - they could teach other people: figure 8, re-threaded figure 8, stopper knot and clove hitch. They can also research different foot movement in climbing techniques.

Maths with Trigonometry/Calculus

LON: Heat transfer booklet to be completed and background research on their assessment question.
